But, if you are a MSFAA member interested in what’s new in financial aid and like keeping yourself informed, the News Committee is a great way to be involved with the association. We are the link between the membership and what is going on around the state, region and country. We work to keep MSFAA informed on topics important to the financial aid community. Volunteering for the News Committee may take many forms, including searching out topics of interest, writing articles, collecting updates from around the state and even designing the look of the newsletter. Almost all work is done via email and telephone, so the News Committee is a great way to volunteer without losing time out of the office. You don’t need to be Superman to help with the News Committee, just excited about financial aid. Please consider joining this rewarding committee! Interested?
